About Me
Who I Am
As an experienced Doula in the Mat Su Valley area, I offer personalized prenatal, birthing, and postnatal support for families in all walks and settings. I offer my skills as a placenta encapsulation specialist after the birth of your baby as well. My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. How I Assist
Prenatal Visits
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birthing Guidance
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed.
Postpartum Support
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
Placenta Preparation
After your birth, you have everything you need to heal from your experience right there! According to traditional Chinese medicine, the placenta brings back the warming effect to the body after losing it during delivery. We know the placenta to contain a unique make up of protein, iron, and hormones as unique as yourself and your baby to aid recovery. I make a variety of products to help you and baby achieve optimum postpartum health including capsules (with free cord keepsake), liquid tincture, cosmetic cream, and prints!
